About us
We are building the community we needed.
MultiExecs exists because building your own business is one of the most rewarding things you will ever do, and one of the loneliest. It started with one woman asking whether anyone else was figuring this out, and it has grown into a community of more than 700.
Two women lead it now, and both of them have built something of their own.

Our story
Built by a founder who knows the power of
the right people
around you.
In 2022, Kristi put a question to a community she belonged to: was anyone else figuring out this fractional thing? Enough women said yes that she started a monthly call, with a group chat to keep the conversation going in between.
No launch, no marketing. Women brought in peers who needed it too, and the room grew past 700. What made it work was never the size. It was that everyone in it understood the work.
In May 2026, more than 100 of us spent a full working day together in New York for our first summit. What became clear that day is that far more women are doing this work with no one around them, and that what we had built by hand deserved real structure. MultiExecs is that next step.
“This is a truly remarkable community and platform.”

The questions nobody answers
Pricing, proposals, and whether any of this is normal. Most women work it out alone, or never at all.
Independent work leaves real gaps.
We heard the same things from hundreds of women before we built any of this.
A network that goes quiet
The referrals that filled your first year are finite, and there is no room where new ones come from.
Why we exist
Advice that does not fit
There is plenty of advice for founders and employees. Very little of it is written for a woman running her own practice.

Kristi Gaudioso
Founder
Kristi spent 25 years in sales leadership across startups and large companies, and has founded two companies of her own. Today she works as a fractional revenue leader with early and growth stage companies. She started this community in 2022 because she was building her own business and wanted women beside her while she did it.
The women building this with you.

Who is behind it

Allison McMillan
Technology, Product and Customer Experience
Allison was part of the committee that built our first summit, where she led the experience: how the day was designed, how it moved, and how every woman in the room left with something she could use. She brings that same focus to MultiExecs, leading technology, product, and customer experience, including how matching is built so that every introduction is worth your time.
What we believe
How this community works at its best.
Give what you can
Some weeks you have the answer someone needs. Some weeks you are the one asking. Both belong here.
Say the real number
Rates, revenue, and what went wrong. The useful conversations are the specific ones.
Give what you can
Some weeks you have the answer someone needs. Some weeks you are the one asking. Both belong here.
A category of one
No one shares your exact mix of industries, teams, and wins. We help you build on what makes you different.
Lead your way
Work on what you love, design how you work, and choose who you work with.

What is ahead
The next chapter, built with you in it.
Dinners and gatherings in the cities where our members live, beginning in 2027. The Fractional Women's Summit returning the same year. A library that keeps growing, and a network of women who send work to each other.
We are building it the way we built everything else here, by asking the women in the room what they need.
