MultiExecs Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: November 1, 2026
Last Updated: November 1, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Applicant," "Participant," "you," or "your") and MultiExecs, LLC ("MultiExecs," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and participation in all MultiExecs offerings, including community access, paid memberships, introductions, trainings, resources, events, digital platforms, and communications (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms apply to everyone who uses the Services, whether or not they hold a paid membership.

By submitting an application, creating an account, joining our community platform, purchasing a membership or ticket, registering for or attending an event, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines.

1. About MultiExecs

MultiExecs is a curated professional community for female executives with VP level experience and above who are building fractional or independent practices. We bring members together through a shared online community, intentional introductions, trainings, resources, and in person and virtual gatherings.

MultiExecs is not an employment agency, staffing firm, recruiter, or broker, and is not a legal, financial, tax, or accounting advisor. We do not guarantee introductions, clients, engagements, referrals, or income.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, be at least twenty one (21) years of age to attend any event where alcohol may be present, and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide to us is accurate.

3. Applications and Admission

New members join by application, and every application includes a conversation with us. We review each application individually and may accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. We are not required to share the reasons for an admission decision. Submitting an application or joining our waitlist does not guarantee membership or any particular pricing.

4. Community Access and Membership

4.1 Community Access. Members of our community as of December 31, 2026 are invited to join our community platform with free access to the spaces described at the time of the invitation.

4.2 Paid Membership. We offer a paid membership with additional benefits. Benefits, pricing, and access levels are described at the time of purchase and may change over time as described in Section 6.

4.3 Personal Access. Your access is personal to you. Memberships, accounts, and tickets may not be shared, transferred, or resold unless we state otherwise in writing.

5. Payments

All payments are processed through third party payment providers. Membership fees are paid in full at the time of purchase. Founding member pricing is available only to eligible members as described at the time of the offer. All sales are final unless stated otherwise in writing or in Section 14.

6. Membership Term, Renewal, and Cancellation

6.1 Term. Paid memberships are an annual commitment beginning on the date of purchase.

6.2 Automatic Renewal. Paid memberships renew automatically at the end of each term at the then current rate. To stop your membership from renewing, you must cancel at least thirty (30) days before your renewal date. We will send a reminder by email at least forty five (45) days before your renewal date.

6.3 How to Cancel. To cancel renewal, email hello@multiexecs.com at least thirty (30) days before your renewal date. Your membership remains active through the end of your current term.

6.4 Refunds. Membership fees are non refundable. If you cancel during your term, your membership remains active through the end of the term you paid for.

6.5 Price Changes. We will notify members at least thirty (30) days before any change to membership pricing takes effect at renewal. Founding members keep their founding rate for their first two (2) years of membership, including one (1) renewal, as long as their membership remains active without a break.

7. Community Council and Host Programs

From time to time, we may offer complimentary or discounted access to members who take on defined community roles, such as Community Council members or event hosts. These benefits are offered in exchange for the commitments described for that role and may be ended if those commitments are not met. Participants in these programs are volunteers. They are not employees, contractors, or agents of MultiExecs and receive no compensation beyond the benefits described for the role.

8. Introductions and Professional Relationships

We make introductions in good faith based on what members share with us. We do not guarantee that any introduction will lead to a relationship, engagement, client, or income, and we do not verify the qualifications, credentials, or business practices of any member.

Any business relationship between members, including partnerships, subcontracting, client referrals, referral fees, or contracts, is solely between the members involved. MultiExecs is not a party to those arrangements and is not responsible for their terms, performance, or outcome. If you choose to work with or meet other members outside of MultiExecs platforms or events, you do so at your own discretion and risk.

9. Confidentiality and Member Information

Our community works because members feel safe sharing pricing, client challenges, and things that aren't going well. By using the Services, you agree to:

  • Keep what other members share within the community confidential, and not share it outside the community without their permission.

  • Not screenshot, copy, forward, or repost member conversations or content outside the community.

  • Not record community sessions or use your own recording or AI notetaking tools in them without our permission.

  • Not share another member's personal or business information, including client names, pricing, or contact details, without her permission.

  • Use the member directory only for genuine one to one connection, and not for mass outreach, marketing lists, or unsolicited sales.

  • Not scrape, export, or collect member information by any automated means.

10. Community Content and Shared Resources

10.1 Ownership. You keep ownership of the content you create and share in the community. By sharing content, you give MultiExecs a limited, non exclusive license to host, display, organize, and moderate it, and to make it available to members, as needed to operate the Services.

10.2 Your Responsibility. When you share content, including contracts, templates, pricing guides, or playbooks, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that you have removed any client names, confidential client information, or other information you are not permitted to share.

10.3 Removal. You may ask us to remove content you have contributed by emailing hello@multiexecs.com. We may also remove any content at our discretion.

10.4 Use of Shared Resources. Contracts, templates, and other resources shared in the community are examples only. They are not legal, financial, or tax advice and may not fit your situation. Review any resource with your own advisors before using it.

11. Professional Disclaimer

Content shared through the Services is for informational and conversational purposes only. MultiExecs does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, employment, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on community content as such. This applies to member conversations, shared resources, trainings, sessions, and guidance shared by MultiExecs, members, or third party presenters.

14.4 No Shows. If you register for an event and do not attend, you are not eligible for a refund.

14.5 How to Cancel. Email hello@multiexecs.com before the event with your name and event details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

15. Recordings, Notetaking, Photography, and Media

We may record virtual sessions, trainings, and calls and share them with members. Your name, image, voice, comments, questions, and chat messages may be captured, and we will tell you when a session is being recorded. We may also use notetaking and transcription tools, including tools that use AI, as described in our Privacy Policy. By attending in person events, you agree that MultiExecs may photograph or record you for marketing, promotional, or editorial purposes without compensation. If you would prefer not to be featured, email hello@multiexecs.com and we will make reasonable efforts to honor your request.

16. Third Party Platforms, Venues, and Partners

The Services rely on third party platforms and partners, including our community platform, video conferencing tools, payment processors, and event venues.
